Yep, Love Songs is easily in my top 5 Ayu albums of all time.

I kinda agree, "Love songs" was a disappointment for me too.
And "GUILTY" is AMAZING !! How can you say it was a disaster... I love everything about this album. It's one of my favorite ayu albums and my sister, who isn't really a fan of her, knows most of its tracks. Concerning "NEXT LEVEL", I didn't like it at first but now I love it.

The last Ayu album I really loved was Next Level. RnRC is when I started feeling like I wasn't really into Ayu's direction. Its an okay album, few a few nice tracks, and Love Songs has grown on me and has a few nice tracks, and even FIVE is okay, but Party Queen is just But, these days her albums aren't amazing from start to finish like Rainbow or even My Story for me, and I've turned to other singers.

The only album that I have been completely happy with from track 1 to the end was I am...
the all the others are here and there.
I hated My Story when it first came out, the only good tracks for me were the singles... but after years of listening to it, I love it so much now!

I'm hoping that the month between new material (it's like a album, but you get only 3 tracks per month...) will make me feel special about every song. Cause I have this feeling (maybe not so much with Ayu, but with western artists) that when the full album leaks out, all sound the same and you enjoy the album after a some time. I got that feeling with NEXT LEVEL, and it took me 3 years to start liking this album, lol.

I'm hoping the covers will be released at the final concert, or maybe a day or two afterwards. Or maybe more information about the December release!!

Everyone's talking about their fave albums now?
I love every album equally except for ASfXX, Guilty and RnRCircus.
It goes like this:
1. Everything else
2. RnRCircus (as a whole)
3. Guilty (because it has more than one song I like than ASfXX)
4. ASfXX (only really like poker face...)

Guilty was a disaster for me when it was out. So was NL. RNRC was just rehash, but I can actually listen to songs off it.

LS for me is too conceptual. I cant ever listen to any of the songs stand alone.

PQ...meh. For me it was being conceptual like LS, just using her old formula of songs. Which makes the songs more listenable for me, but I still don't want to listen to them.

Anyways. I really really want the covers. FIVE shoot was amazing and PQ was intersting. I hope this one is too.

I don't find any of her albums to be "disasters" per say, but i find My Story to be a complete snoozefest. It's the only album by her that i don't attach too really.. it's too similar in arrangement, most of the tracks sound the same. In my ears at least. Not that i don't love some of the songs on it, it's just too much of the same thing. It gets boring. Well expect for the album closer.. Humming 4/7, that i could call a disaster

I remember back when GUILTY and NEXT LEVEL were released I was in super stan mode so I ate up all of the songs and thought they were great, just because they were by ayu. But now looking back and comparing those songs to her recent works I realize they are extremely weak albums with only 1-2 standout songs on each one. RnRC, Love Songs, and Party Queen I genuinely love and are some of my favorites. Party Queen impressed me the most out of her last few albums actually. reminds me & Return Road are forever perfect.

I agree completely. It's definitely one of my least favorite albums. I mean, it does have CAROLS and Moments which are pretty awesome, but she has better ballads than those with a better mix of upbeat tracks on other albums so meh, not enough to save it for me.

I want a classical black and white cover, glamorous and dark atmosphere or something like Secret cover or booklet. Kinda sick with pastel or bright colors.

MY STORY pwns every other release. Yes they kinda meshed together, but I still to this day truly love the album. It has it all.

Lacking of info always make interesting but offtopic posts lol. I want covers like NOW . Cannot wait.

GUILTY it's not a disaster. It's just a rushed album, when it could have been a her most pop-rock album ever imho. I remember at that time I really disliked it, now it's still my least favorite but I kinda like it. Party Queen is great, although there are some songs I don't particularly love. Or some big disappointments like Return Road (I know, I'm the only one here lol)

Them covers should be comin' any day nao...
I'm actually quite anxious. Is ayu gonna give us some real shtuff or is she gonna drop the bomb, I wonder.

But at least we can say: Nothing can ever beat Sunrise/Sunset, at least in terms of bad Ayu covers. Not even her most greasy looking magazine cover can beat it.

Honestly, I thought they were decent enough covers. Poses and background were bad, but Ayu looked hot and I love the concept. Can I also say that I like Ayu's summer look better that year than I do this year?

I think that Crossroad, ASB CD only ver and PQ are all way worse. Crossroad, especially. I hate those covers.
