Hello, All!!!
I've been selected to partake in a teacher exchange in Foshan, China next month and will be teaching English there for about six weeks. I really want to establish a good relationship with my kids, so I wanted to show them that I listen to their music and enjoy it a lot. Can anyone recommend some current Cantopop music that the kids might be enjoying? |

well, I listen to Cantopop quite regulary (just check my last.fm profile
http://www.last.fm/user/maddy1111), but honestly I donīt know which artist is suitable for children. There are some albums for kids by Kelly Chen, but itīs not the type of music that I listen.

Thank you so much! I think these are "middle school" age kids, so I don't know what would be appropriate, but the kids range from 12-15.

oh, I thought you are looking for music for CHILDREN, but if those are middle school kids I think they would listen typical hits from single chart top 10 or whatever
![]() for example, you can check here what is a "thing" in Hong Kong now: https://www.kkbox.com/hk/en/charts/c...ng-latest.html (especially G.E.M., JW, Gin Lee and AGA are one of the most popular young singers in HK now) or try this chart based on itunes: https://www.hotmusiccharts.com/hk/itunes hope it helps a little bit
