Try any asian markets. Some of them might just have bookstores that may or may not sell Jpop CDs.
B4 (b4 finding out we had a Mitsuwa in SD), I used to buy Jpop (and sometimes Cpop) CDs at a Taiwanese bookstore inside a Ranch 99 Market. |

The Jpop Shop has the Fly High single (used) for $25.00. Although I've never ordered from the store itself, I special ordered something from an employee there and the service was excellent.
