I need to start looking at the translations more. I didn't know some of the songs you guys mentioned were even supposed to be sad.

PS II is so weird, it's like up beat but it's supposed to be sad.

The only time I ever cry is when I watch live Performances. I started crying when I watched the live version of Memorial Address from 2003~2004 because she was crying.

Sometimes I feel like crying during Evolution because it was the first Ayu song I ever heard

I do that all the time- karaoke by myself in my house disturbing neighbors!!! People just can't see the fun of karaokeing by one's self. Only it's not to Ayu's songs, because I don't know Japanese, it's to Chinese music.

It's because he thinks INSPIRE is a terrible song, he cries because he thinks INSPIRE is "sad" in a bad way. Well that's how I interpreted it..I might be wrong

I have cried to ayu's song soooo many times!!! I think whatever made me cry first and then powder snow made me cry like a BABY it still does! Then there is endless sorrow and the hanabis. The most sad of all her songs for me would be powder snow and memorial address. memorial address came out when i found out that my dad had a brain tumor so i cried until I couldn't cry any more! I think since her lyrics are so honest and simple they are very easy to cry to. And the music to go along with the lyrics always complements very well!
