i didnt check the tracklisting of the MY STORY concert tour, cos i wanted to keep it a surprise, but a brasilian friend of mine at uni went to the concert 2months ago, and was telling me the songs they played, he said SURREAL was one of them, so i cant freakin wait to hear it live...

Yup same here, I didn't really catch on to 'SURREAL' right away... but after a few listens... I WAS HOOKED. But about her concert performances of 'SURREAL'... their fun and all but she can't really do this song good at concerts. Her singing isn't really strong enough and it is hard to hear the lyrics at times well for me anyways.

i only started listening to SURREAL when i heard her singing in concerts! i was like omg wat a catchy song!

I love this song so much! I remember when it first came out it really surprised me, cuz she hadn't really done anything quite that dark up to that point, save "monochrome". She was still doing more dance/pop type stuff so when "SURREAL" showed up, it was like wow, that's new & creative! It still surprises me with how grown-up, experimental, and artistic it is while still having the catchiness of a pop song. Most of the "Duty" album still has that effect on me really.
