These are the chinese translations I got with my copy. So far I've only translated the small 1st panel portion of the inside scan. I've put stuff I'm not sure of in italics.

AYU and Big Sister inspect each room as they recall the past.
Originally it was thought the two would think of past events,
but as they were confirming the atmosphere of bathroom and folding bed they looked at the room that the workers would use this time and determined whether it attained a very comfortable level
"This room may need a table, please take another look"
This was how she spoke to the agent.
"If there's anything you don't have enough of, or require don't hesitate to say so."
AYU's voice could be heard from Photographer ND's room.
Even though it is work, contract workers are still considered guests. It's unsure if it's for this reason of not leaving the other with extra worries, that work is put into motion in a friendly manner.

There's a sudden cool refreshing breeze from the sea, moving the window curtains.

AYU says seriously.
At first we thought she was joking...but in fact it is real.

Approximately after deciding on the clothing AYU says.
"Could everyone get ready to start work please"
And then, she opens a LV diary filled with written lyrics.
Reading continuously. Using the diary to cover her face. And then starts to write lyrics.
Workers around her each doing their own task silently.

There's only AYU on the balcony.
Like a child carrying a cane lid
swaying while still looking at the diary

Will not say "Get in the car", instead asks "Will you get in the car?"
Off topic a bit, when the car stops suddenly, she will say "I'm so sorry"
And then she'll extend her right hand to make sure the other person doesn't receive injuries,
if she was a boy, her impression on others would have been raised (laugh)

There's a great difference between working and resting, this applies to the whole team.
Everyone works seriously when it is time to work, play heartily when it's time to play.

This is especially so at mealtimes when the mood is soaring (laugh)
Everyone eating together, laughter is infinite
Even if someone made a mistake at work that day
It would definitely not be raised during that time.
Suppose someone felt depressed, there would be another cheering for him/her.
Events usually disappear in a cloud of smoke amidst infectious laughter.

i realize while i was translating a lot of the sentences are more like phrases and don't particularly make sense...maybe Ryoko or someone else will be able to make it clearly by translating it directly from Japanese~

3rd panel from the inside:

totally transforming into 'Hamasaki Ayumi'
Almost cannot associate her with the person who just a moment ago was joking with us
It's like she transformed into an individual emitting a feeling that you want to be close to her
Why is this so...you only have to look at her to feel the excitement
It's like the moment in realtiy where there is nothing existing before your eyes
It's also like the euphoric moment when the curtains are drawn back at a concert
We thought we had understood the private AYU...
having this feeling is quite hard to fathom.

Wow, you got to it before I did!
I'll post my translations of the Japanese soon, but they'll be out of order and a lot of it I won't be able to translate - this will be fixed soon since I'll buy some more books to help me with my grammar.

Ayu has a LV diary? I better go back and read that part again!

She's talking about Elle in Legally Blonde. The JP title is "cutie blonde" (don't ask)
