sometimes, but usually not. I feel like i'm losing the essence of the song when i translate it into something else. Plus, i'm too lazy to make the words fit.

Nope, not really. I probably do that two percent outta a hundred. ^^' But I don't do it because I would really kill the meaning of the song, as what...uh, who said it again? But yeah. ^^'

When I hear a song in Japanese I try to translate it out in my brain, but I don't sing the translation along with it. It's just another way to help me become a little more fluent ^^;

I try to figure it out in my head (japanese only). Like what it means. I remember kind of knowing some of "Born to be...", and i remember being able to translate some of MoMusu's new album by myself. so proud.

No. I Just learn the japanese words so i know what the singer is saying throughout the song.
It's irritating when you memorize. It's more trouble than just learning the words. As for other languages, i just memorize if i do not intend on learning the language. |
