well, if you are comparing within the first 2 years of debut, just like ayu back then. for me, i find that ayu's voice is a little too sqeaky and not as stable....(i hardly watch her CDL 00-01, because it's a little too sqeaky)i had see May'n live in singapore and her vocal is perfect when singing accapella, it's totally on tune! and it's a last minute encore demand by fans, there wasn't suppose to be an encore actually...so it's unrehearsal,and all i can ay is i'm blown away!
It will be unfair to compare to the current ayu, she's getting better and better now. i'm proud of our ayu, she's the jpop utahime!
