The one they say he has a child with is a model who's regularly in magazines, is a celebrity and does her own blog and never showed any sign of being pregnant in her magazine shoots or her regular posts on her blog.

I believe his hand is the black thing (end of his jacket sleeve) right under where the child's white jacket ends (bunching up slightly) on the right.
While the pregnancy not showing might be suspect, do we have any information on what her exact schedule was around the time she would have been pregnant?
