^There was a show on NYE 17-18 but it ended before midnight and was just a part of the JTB tour.
Also, I don't see a need for a CDL03-04 release. CDL03-04 was basically just the first two dates of AT03-04, that's why it's called AT03-04. There were hardly enough differences to make a separate release of CDL03-04 worth it. According to the following thread they broadcast a few songs, including the countdown, on CDTV. http://www.ahsforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=54170
