"HANABI episode II" translation
I've tried to translate the shortest lyrics first. If you find some unnatural words, please inform me.
------------------------------------------------------------- The summer has come again and again since then But why am I looking back upon the past again Tracing the footprints? I remember everything even now Your voice calling my name, your casual habits I want to forget, and I don't want to forget Did I choose the right way? But I keenly understand there is no answer Whomever I may ask it to Please tell me some day that you are happy And smile I gently lock the memories away Leaving them to be beautiful This feeling, this feeling, go up into the sky And be dispersed beautifully like a firework ------------------------------------------------------------- Nee dooshite mata furikaetteru Ashiato tadotte nee arekara moo natsu wa Nandomo megutte iru noni Nanimokamo mada oboete iru yo Namae yobu koe nanigenai kuse Wasuretai noni wasuretaku nai Nee eranda michi wa machigatte nakatta kana nante Nee dare ni tazunete mitemo kotae wa doko nimo nai koto Iya ni naru hodo wakatteru kara Itsuka kikasete kimi no kuchi kara Shiawase dayo to soshite waratte Omoide wa soo utsukushii mama Sotto kagi kake shimatte okoo Kono omoi yo kono omoi yo sora e uchiagari Hanabi no yoo ni hanabi no yoo ni utsukushiku chire ------------------------------------------------------------------------ "Iya ni naru hodo" means "I'm tired of" or "I'm fed up with". For example, "Sono hanashi wa iya ni naru hodo kiita." means "I'm tired of hearing the story." I translated the phrase into "keenly", but if there is some other word more suitable, please suggest here. Last edited by masa; 28th June 2003 at 09:08 PM. |
