Some Questions

OKies..I'm Gettin Few Ayu Concerts

I want to know if there is big difference between vcds and dvds?
Vcds Are cheaper..But is quality a big difference?
OH yah..and a stupid quesion.....this is my first time ordering something

Where and how can i get an money order? since i don't have credit card..
