what is an OBI for?

Lol, I have no idea what these cards are for that are in the Ayumi Singles...

I threw the "&" one in the garbage thinking it was nothing of use... did I just throw away something that would make my "&" album incomplete -.-?

What does OBI stand for and what is it used for? (Is it supposed to be stuck in somewhere...)
