Haha yeah, it's weird how they like to pit the females against each other sometimes. I remember Ayu and Mai Kuraki going against each other with singles constantly and Ayu dominating everytime, leaving Mai with like 10 #2 singles.

Ayu also kept that one Morning Musume single from getting #1.

She has stopped big bands too! Ayu kept Mr Children from having a #1 album with Duty...and I think she stopped Kinki Kids #1 Album streak with Rainbow.
