Last year it took place between 20th-24th. So, in other words no, it is not a LIVE broadcast. You would have no clue where or when Ayumi would perform either. It is supposed be a "surprise live".
Thanks for answering my question! I knew they were always "surprise" lives but it would just be amazing if I actually was there and hear the tunes of Ayu's song unexpectedly. Lol.
