About printing OBI strips

Hi!

I just want to ask a few questions about printing OBIs:

- Is it okay to use Ink Jet printer for printing OBI or LASER jet printer?
- What kind of paper they use for it? Is it photo paper or other type of paper?

So far, I had 2 singles with no OBI and I want to make one in order to make them look "complete".
