Utada at Sephora

I went to the Sephora in Hollywood and Highland today to see Hikki, and I have to say this. Although people say that you don't need an appointment, you apparently do. I almost didn't get to go in because my name wasn't on the guest list; they have a wristband system (which, in my opinion, is incredibly disorganized). I don't know if the Sephora stores in New York and Florida will use this same system, but they may have waiting lists. Try to get through to a human when you call the Sephora stores. Utada herself has posted an apology on her blog about the disorganization and confusion at the Sephora event today:

In my opinion, she didn't really have to post an apology, but it's nice to see her do so.

This is a heads up for anyone who plans to go to the Sephora events in New York and Florida.

It was really nice to finally see her in person. She was very funny, patient, and polite.
