What's with the DVD?

I've some queries about the DVDs...like the recent Moments CD+DVD..what's actually in the DVD? Is it the same single or does it have the PV as well?? Also for the A Museum overseas version (which is a VCD), does it still have that menu on DVDs where you can choose which song to skip to or does it play the whole thing in one go like a video? Thanks for answering.
