^ The new law in Japan regarding downloading music, movies, etc. comes into affect on October 1st, so all avex sites are letting people know.
And honestly, it makes me speculate that Avex was behind it all along, lol. "DON'T DOWNLOAD, BUY OUR ARTIST'S MUSIC!"
