[Zara Larsson] 'Cause she's So Good! / 1st thread

I was surprised to see that she didn't had her own thread, so.. there we go

zara who?

Spoiler:

Zara Maria Larsson; born 16 December 1997, is a Swedish singer and songwriter. She first gained national fame for winning the 2008 season of the talent show Talang, the Swedish version of Got Talent, at the age of 10. Larsson signed with the record label TEN Music Group in 2012 and released her debut EP album, "Introducing", in January 2013. The single "Uncover" topped the charts in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. By February 2013, "Uncover" was certified platinum by Universal Music Sweden. In July 2013, "Introducing" was certified triple platinum in the country. Larsson also signed a three-year contract with Epic Records in the United States in April 2013. She performed at the opening and closing ceremonies in France for UEFA Euro 2016.

Larsson's debut international album, "So Good" was released on 17 March 2017 and debuted at number 7 on the UK Albums Chart. It produced six singles, including "Lush Life", "Never Forget You", "Ain't My Fault", "I Would Like" and "Symphony". All of the album's singles (except for the title track) reached top 15 in the UK. "Never Forget You" peaked at number 13 on the Billboard Hot 100, giving Larsson and MNEK their first entries on the chart.

Even though sometimes I don't like the direction her music is taking, I gotta admit she has potential, a great voice, attitude, confidence, beauty, charisma and willing. There are performances, photoshoots and interviews from her everywhere; I feel like her peak is about to come, and being present in such a moment is always amazing. I'd have loved being a fan during ayu's, so seeing her grow and evolve in the way she wants is exciting at least.

She has a lot of energy on stage (I actually get ayu vibes from time to time), amazing vocals, and I think she can be an awesome performer one day. I'm not a fan of her dancing tbh (makes me cringe everytime she tries lol), but with some more experience and training she could be actually good at it imo.

So what do you guys think? Maybe the americans are sick of her by now. In Spain we get news from her, but very ocassionally. And btw, my favourite song from her is obviously Lush Life

PS: I always thought that she would do an awesome job collaborating with koda!
