Question about the LOVEppears poster

for xmas, i asked my grandma for LOVEppears (overseas version). When i opened it up, the poster was inside!

yes the same poster that has her named spelled Hamamsaki!

My question is, is this poster supposed to be limited? Like a limited edition kinda thing? I keep thinking that its supposed to be, i was surprised that it was in my cd case.
