TERIYAKI BOYZ is:

Ilmari (Rip Slyme)
Wise (Kaze no Hito)
NIGO (the BAPE designer)

According to the Yomiuri they're signed to Def Jam and will release a CD titled "BEEF or CHICKEN" in the US on 16 November.
