[help] ftp ayu-revo passwords

: how do you know what password to use to download fiels from the ayu-revolution ftp servers? i finally got connected to one ! but i don't know the password ;(! i am connected to ftp://ayu-share:123@aeoneon.no-ip.com:210.

oh! i found out the password. it is 123... but now my FTP program is saying that i cannot download this file. can someone please help me... lol.
