Did Ayu visualise her Pre-2003 concerts?

Well, I own the Arena Tour 2002, Stadium Tour 2002, and Dome Tour 2001 dvds and in each of them it doesn't say "Visualised by Ayumi Hamasaki" ... it just says the credits and then it says "... and Ayumi Hamasaki" ... but in the concerts after that (A Museum, etc.) they all say that they're visualised by Ayumi herself..

So basically my question is: did she start visualising them herself in 2003 or did she always do it but it just wasn't mentioned?
