For an American, you seem to be pretty ignorant of singles, Norrel. The video will be an enhanced feature. Have you ever bought a single before? When you pop it into a computer, it looks super cool. The whole screen changes and stuff and it usually looks amazing.

I doubt it's a US single, it's probably an European/Australian single, since the US did away with physical singles since they got downloads. Lame.

I collect them by the way, since they aren't common in parts of the world.
