....
Why on earth should she come to the US to perform before Europe?? She even released some singles in germany and the European market definetly is more open to artists of different languages and backgrounds than the US market....

I totally agree with you, but Japanese entertainers are thinking like that. Every years europeans and japanese entertainers reunite in MIDEM in Cannes (France) and every years japanese entertainers are saying they first want to introduce their artist in Asian Markert first, US market in second and European market at the end.
But I totally agree with you on the fact that Eutopean market is definetly open to artists of different languages and from other country !

Yeah, I do agree with you also =)

[Wasn't KOKIA who represented Japan in the MIDEM of 2006? =p
By the way, she's a good exemple for the success of Japanese artists in France =3]

European market seems more open to Japanese culture than US.
Japanese language may find a better place in Europe, but will have more problems in front of English =/
But well, since USA is the 1st Music market in the world, I think Japanese producers will still try to push their artists in the USA than in Europe...

There is no good reason for her to go to Spain for business purposes other than for a photo shoot.

I doubt she would have a concert there too, her concerts are so big and it would just be a waste of money holding one there.
