Well, she looks remarkably more Asian, I definitely have to say. Usually she doesn't look very Asian but w/o makeup you can tell that she's Japanese And I still think she had the surgery, because before her upper eyelids were not as prounounced as they are now (they were a little collapsed whereas now her double lids are more prominent), but let's not open that door.

Her eyes were very large during HEAVEN.. I wonder why o_o;

1st pic, she's shooting for YOU PV, sure as hell she's wearing make up, and so did she in HEAVEN -__-. But yah I think even WITHOUT make-up, she's a lot more prettier than the average Asian/Japanese girl. But not like beautiful omg out of this world standard.

And wow I can't believe someone said she doesnt look in stadium tour. That's my absolute favourite tour from Ayu, and I think she looks uber cute.
