Poor Ayu. ;____; I'm sort of speechless, but I do hope she preserves her hearing in her right ear. This is her 10th year, what awful news to start it...but, maybe she can do her tour this year, and then take a break. Or not even take a break, just slow down and release stuff every once in a while, not try to rush everything and get everything done quickly.

oh ayu.... I knew she demaged her left ear but didn't think she would be completely deaf in that ear. I admire her for her courage and her will to continue to sing for us. I have checked this with my Japanese friend, so I believe this is reliable. Jim Breen's dictionary also supports this meaning of "bucchakeru." I'll continue to read through the whole thing and do my best.
