^ wow are you sure?...im quite skeptical of GUILTY squeezing into top 5..however there's a slight chance of it surpassing BOC's album.

Yup, GUILTY is a great album! It's really amazing it can sell 500 K within 2 weeks by the looks of how the Japanese Music Industry is doing now. And I'm sure the digital downloads of the album have become seriously insane!

My friend just returned from Japan and he told me that it's really true that people there have ditched the purchases of physical CDs but instead, through their handphones and mp3 players, purchase digital mp3s! So yup, if she can sell that much physical CDs, I'm sure the mp3s must be going at all time high as well!

Although it's cheaper to buy albums/singles or whatnot online, I still perfer to buy a physical CD because it's a collector's item plus you get tons of stuff with a physical CD that you just don't get with you buy it offline. Artist like Hikki is an acception of buying online since she doesn't have any extras or stuff like that. Ayumi's stuff is great collectors item because it's find most of her stuff nowadays and if u get it now....well, it's a great collector's item.

Anyhow breaking the 500k has already surpassed my expectations, so I really don't mind how it goes from here

I hear it's actually expensive to download songs via cellphone (the most used in Japan) because of the bandwidth costs.

Like I said though, I perfer physical CDs.

I prefer physical copies of singles and albums too because i like to see it and touch it once in a while XD!
