i think the poll question shouldn't be translated as 'want to be your mum', it's some sort of like 'Which artists you do think will be a ideal mum?'

It means who do you think is gentle & caring to their kid in the future and they will make the 'ideal' 'most wanted' mum ^_^

I've always admired Namie as a mother ever since she said she works so hard to be a good example for her son while also taking time to be with him and care for him. Personally I think Ayu is best as a mom for her dogs, but then again I don't personally know her.
