Well then you are mistaken. To elaborate, have you ever tried to talk when you're upset or fighting back tears? Your voice shakes and sounds broken. Now imagine trying to sing.
As for an acappella Who... - *shrug* Cool, I guess. I mean she did "Who..." last year as the show closer so hearing just a few bits of it without musical accompaniment doesn't wow me too much. Still, that's nice that people got to hear it.
