Madonna was in Britney's documentary that premiered tonight. Can someone please tell me what was going on with her face?

I wanna ask the same question too. My mum was on the couch next to me (we both love Madonna) and she first didn't even recognize her in the Britney documentary!

And that's not flaming! That's just asking why someone looked a bit off.

People constantly comment on how Hikki is skinny / skeleton / not looking good, that's not a crime either is it? She DOES look a bit skinny lately, just as Madonna's face DID look different in that documentary. I'm just asking what happened?
