I just noticed: WTF HAPPENED TO IS THIS LOVE!? Lol. When I went that was the song I was most excited to see because I just love that song from AYU and it's back when her songs seemed to have more power for me. I love her now still but is this LOVE? kicks butt!

a lot of people seem puzzled by the fact that it's the taiwan performance.....

isn't it just that they always use the last show of the tour, which was the taiwan show this year.

The last show of the tour is always really special and emotional for ayu, and I think it's right that they always use the last show...

I don;t think there's much other reasoning behind the decision other than this.

Yes. Like during CDL 05-06 I think it was, she missang the last chorus of "Humming 7/4" in the TV version, but in the DVD version the lyrics were perfect. Interestingly, they didn't show her during the previously missang part in the DVD version.
I guess something like this is meant by redubbing?

I've just noticed now... that is quite weird.. it's one of her most powerful songs.

Another reason was that she might not have been happy with her image in the performance recorded in Japan. Many of us spent agesss going on about her weight and maybe that's why half of the performances weren't even shown on TV? Plus it wasn't the best recording, she forgot lyrics. XD

The outfits in the whole Asian leg are much improved and it probably picked as being the better recording anyway.

Just finished watching the TV version. What avex did was actually quite smart. By airing some parts of the concert a couple of months before the release, they would give a teaser to get people interested. Also would create some hype and showing the performance from Japan and releasing the one from Taipei makes fans still look forward to something different. Especially since there was a slight change in the setlist too. A 3/4 DVD set would be nice but probably they figured it would be too expensive so they decided to put everything in 2 again.

it was changed for a song for xx in the rest of Asia tour.
I like a song for xx better.. =\

I'm just bitter about this whole "change" situation because I wanted to experience the ENTIRE concert just as I did back in Osaka. independent holds great value to me as well because Ayu threw a ball to me and the kid I re-sold me extra ticket to jumped ahead of me and grabbed it. But then she sang to me after that so it was a little bit better. Lol. I guess I'll have to edit my own version of AT08 if I really want to add in the extra performances. Lol.

Was Taiwan actually the last concert? I thought that was Shanghai.
