Most of Arashi's concerts are lip-synched(they're awesome though), but some con reports of the dvd concerts said that a lot of songs are live.

Wow, the dvd concert will be released next week, i just can't wait. BTW, isn't a cm out? ;_;

i've only seen KAT-TUN & KANJANI8, which were both on average 3/4ths live & above. TOKIO, i know for sure, is probably close to 100% live. xD

but feel free to give me any recommendations regardless tho.

just like what TABOO said , all their DVD concerts they lip synched to a certain extent , somemore Summer Tour 2007 Final Time - Kotoba no Chikara was really good

hmmmmm...okay, maybe i'll check out some performances on YouTube.
it's not that i relatively care that people lip-synch, but if it's for most of the concert, it's kinda like...why even bother performing? you know? a CD is much cheaper than a DVD? xD

i like how MatsuJun just got a haircut & got TAN. LMAO. but hey, for a full Japanese guy, i guess i should cut him some slack.

I don't favor people who lip-synch all the time too. But I forgive them for lip-synching in dance numbers, they'd be outta breath doing so many movements.

ah yeah, for that i totally understand. choreography + singing must be killer.

but i've seen people lip-synching for like...songs where they just stand or something. i'm just like, "SING LIVE!! IT'S A CONCERT!!" xD

I'd rather have simple dance moves and live singing than GOING WILD!! on stage with lipsynch. I mean, why even bother dancing when you can't sing at the same time? And there's still time to GO WILD!! during instrumental breaks or one could re-mix/-arrange the song to fit more dancing into them.
And it's kinda funny how English that is more than a few words is usually lipsynched. xD When there're songs that are completely in English you can already guess which songs will be lipsynched in future perfomances.

and i'm a little late, but i'd say that arashi doesn't lip synch TOO much in their cons. from what i remember from Time con (i haven't watched it in a bit), there wasn't that much lip synching. From what I remember, I think they may have all lip synched their solos (minus Nino who's didn't have dancing). But even during songs like Love Situation, I believe it was performed live.
