Chaku uta = ringotnes (parts of the song, there are usually a few versions)
Chaku uta Full = Full track
RBT - it's the ringtone the others hear while calling you (instead of the beep-beeps)

So with RBT if I rang you on your mobile and you had Sunrise as your RBT...then instead of hearing the generic bring bring I'd hear Sunrise? I had no idea changing that was even possible.
