Well probably a week or two after the next single she will release a new album (like it was with anytime that was limited), probably they wanted her to make a lot of "hits" for the next album because non of the singles were popular (even digitally). So 4 average- liked singles are better for an album than 2-3.

Even though her best songs this year were Physical thing and ECSTASY but the japanese were mainly for It's all Love! and a bit of Lick me...

And kuu will be on kohahku. ^^

Well I doubt it.
BESTs usually don't get more than 1-2 singles tops (and a lot don't get singles at all, I mean besides that featured in studio albums single songs).

She will probably release a best a few months later or on Summer or Winter (December) 2010.
Next month is just her 9th anniversary.

If they were to release a best of, it might end up being the same was as first best things, with the first CD including the previously released singles on her old albums and another cd with the new ones, but I am not so sure if that'll happen. Knowing AVEX they might simply want to double the money by first releasing an album, which most likely won't sell more than 200-300k and then a best of

"Can We Go Back" is an A-side single with a B-side called "Good☆day"

I don't think anyone would buy the new BEST album if it was just a compilation. They'd have to put re-recordings, new songs, and something rare on the DVD or just all the music videos, as well as a new music video.

When it comes to Kumi and releasing "best" albums, avex doesn't really seem to care what does and doesn't make sense.

About this best nonsense, I think even Kumi has the sense to not release another one quite yet. XD Definitely expecting a regular album towards the middle of the year, right after this single.
On another note, I would looove to hear a re-recorded best from her.

I have this feeling avex might pull an Ayu on her and release "10th anniversary versions" of old songs like TAKE BACK or something lol.

Anyway, after Can We Go Back, we are more or less ASSURED that there would be a new album otherwise there would be wayyyyy too many single tracks in a future new album.

And since it's her 10th anniversary, it's only natural avex to ***** it out by releasing a BEST and God knows what else lol

Why not? A COMPLETE only featured one new song and one re-recording and it was released just a year after A BEST 2. People who aren't interested in her albums, but occasionally like her singles will get it and that applies to all the best ofs.

BEST ~3rd ...~ is the BEST, i most waited for!
I think with all the Singles from Koi no Tsubomi till current it would be a great BEST!
From all the artists i love i think this BEST will be the BEST from all!
It has many different styles in music, many PV's and i like most of them!
I mean how much i love Ayu and Namie, BUT...
BEST FICTION... some of her singles aren't good! Like GIRL TALK and i didn't enjoyed this best as other BESTs!
It's a good album, BUT i think she should choose the right ones for a single!
I mean her albums have so many good songs why she didn't use them for a single?
Or especially this year... Only 1 Single!?
Oh come on Namie, i mean you don't have to releasewhoring like Kumi, BUT i'm sure you will have gorgeous songs on PAST < FUTURE, so why don't you choose 2 or 3 of them as Singles...?
Or Ayu... A COMPLETE... hmm i only listen to CD3, cause i have A BEST and A BEST 2 and A COMPLETE came just 1 1/2 year after A BEST 2...

first things has 3 Singles with 4 A-Sides [Butterfly/flower/Promise/Star], so i think after her 8th Album in i think February 2010, she will released 2 or 3 Singles and around 2010/12/06 when her 10th Anniversary starts her BEST ~3rd ... Album~!
And her next BEST album will look like this and there's enough space for 3 Singles!

second session was released 2006 and after 4 albums (i count her next album in it) i think it's not something unexpected for a 3rd BEST especially with so many singles!
I mean every artist do it!
And people buying them if they had all the albums or not!
And we can be happy that Kuu released her 3rd BEST after 4 albums!
