The thing is, I DO think he is the one that broke up with her, but it was likely because of those reasons that you mentioned above. Since then, he has been in a serious relationship with Aibu Saki and there have been marriage rumors floating around about them for a long time now too. So it seems this song is maybe her feelings about how he was able to get into a serious relationship with someone else so quickly.
