I agree, those are exactly the two reasons why I really hate the PV of LD.
But for me Ayu's overexaggerated face expressions are even worse than the bad editing. Seriously, I hate it when Ayu does that, cause she fails with it most of the time. Especially the first half of the PV, where she is waiting outside the club - damn, that's so horrible!
It's a bit better after that. I know it's on purpose, but it looks so ridiculously on her.
Sometimes it's nice when she overexaggerate - like in the rollin' performance in AT'09. But in Lady Dynamite, that's just too much.

On the other hand, I truly love Don't look back. It's strong overall and more natural, even if she tends to overdo the acting in Dlb at the end as well. But it's so well executed!
