Wow! I'd really be sooo angry!
I mean this box it's really expensive and unique! And they want to take a part of it? Partly destroyed, opened, incomplete??? NO WAY!!! I hope everything ends up fine...

Espero que lo encuentres útil
Primero entra a la página de la aduana Luego búsca en la barra de la derecha donde dice Tarifas de los impuestos etc. Vas clickeando Capítulo 69 Partida 6912 Subpartida 691200 Fracción 69120001, 69120002, 69120003 Dice que está excenta la cerámica, pero del té, quedaron fuera del acuerdo el té verde y negro. Mi idea es decirles que conla pena tiren el té, ¡que lo demás si pasa!  Que no te den más vueltas, ahí esta lo que dice la aduana  Por cierto, soy la que posteó como Yumeji en tu blog A ver si te es útil, lo que encontré Primero entra a la página de la aduana http://www.aduanas.gob.mx/aduana_mexico/2008/home.asp Luego, en la barra derecha hay una imagen que dice "Tarifas de los impuestos generales.." etc entra Ya que te redireccione, vas seleccionando lo siguiente Capítulo 69 Partida 6912 Subpartida 691200 Fración 6912001, 6912002, 6912003 Bueno, a lo que voy es que dice que la cerámica está exenta. Búscando sobre el té, no pasan ni el negro ni el verde 09 0902 090210 Mi sugerencia es preguntarles si no se puede tirar el té y que te envien el resto de las cosas que por lo que dice la página no debería de haber ningún problema

If it gets sent back to amazon.jp, and they will accept it (they have to accept it if it's still in good condition, that is if customs handled it with care) you will get full refund right?? aww this just sucks so bad.....

I don't think he will get shipping refund, and they have to accept it even in bad condition because this item never was delivered to the customer

wow i understand why its being held have you read this : Lead is a poisonous metal that can damage nervous connections (especially in young children) and cause blood and brain disorders. ( i understand it have to be at high level to affect your health dramaticly but still...)
there was the same problem in US with something called melanine in plates and mugs . here is ore explaination: http://www.ehow.com/facts_5393869_da...ne-dishes.html honnestly i m happy i didnt get those cups knowing that fact .why can't they make a healthly paint or something ? dont be so pissed at them , i think its good they worried about people health . i hope you an get your full amount back or an amazon credit
