Fernando Garibay is credited as one of the writers and producers for Messy Little Raindrops, so a lot of people are putting 2+2 together. I'd say it's about pretty much certain, considering a lot of media articles are saying it will be a cover too.

No, the tracklist is correct (even though Amnesia is not a confirmed cover) but the writers/producers list is unconfirmed.

Just made this cover for myself, using it on iTunes just because it's perfectly square, and not a strange shape like the original promo pic. Nothing special but use it if you wish.
