I think that artist Armin van Buuren is one worth of searching on Internet. I personally don't listen to Trance but his music always show up in the top 40 chart over here.

Not too long ago I bought a trance album titled Northern Lights by UK DJ, Gareth Emery. It's a very well produced album and I love the spacial atmosphere that he created with it.

Yes, I love Stars off this album and I love John O'Callaghan's remix of "Too Dark Tonight" off the remix version of the album. Other good remixes on there as well.

artists mentioned in this thread are too mainstream, as in too commercial, as in uplifting they call it. I mean, its good but psy trance is what I call trance music. I can literally die listening to that

Svenson and Gielen made a great Depend on You remix also. The thing I like about that mix is the melody itself greatly resembles Depend on You, but I feel DJ Shog's remix is the better trance mix overall. Both are great though.

Mainstream would be someone mentioning Cascada, whom aren't bad I do like a few of their tracks, but almost every one of their singles have like 10 million plus views on youtube and there is no logical reasoning to that.

I havent really aiming that at you tbh, Armin van Buuren was on my mind when I posted it, and I dont have anythin' against it (dont get me wrong) its just, there are more fierce ones than him or Tiesto for example.

I agree, Tiesto hasn't been as good these days since hes gone mainstream. Haven't herd Kiss from the Past yet, but Kaleidoscope was zzzZZZzzz. Haven't explored much of Armin's work yet, I hope to soon but I'm not as fond of house, I'm more of a hard trance fan.

Cosmic Gate - Exploration of Space

You have to hear Kiss From The Past! I downloaded it and wasn't in a hurry to listen to it but it's super! My favorite album of 2011 so far, right behind Tritonal's album "Piercing the Quiet" It's like melodic tech-trance. Most of the songs start out different than what they ultimately turn out to be. All of a sudden it's "*wham* wow, wasn't expecting THAT!" - the album is very refreshing among today's trance!
