Buy in Itunes Japan
I need to buy a digital single and a video in Itunes japan but I can't
 I tried to make a japan account with my Tenso Address but the credit card is not accepted >.< Anyone know how I can buy in there? or some one in japan that could "make the favor" of bought it and I pay it by paypal?  ?

There are some sites that will let you "buy" a Japanese iTunes card. You pay them, I'm sure you can pay with PayPal, and they will send you the code to type into your Japanese iTunes account that is on the card. Here is one I found: http://www.jbox.com/product/ITUNESCARD

This site is a lot cheaper:
http://www.japan-codes.com/itunes/ It's been verified as a legit site by an user at JPopcentral so you shouldn't have to worry about being ripped off. There's also some information there about how iTunes Japan differs from other iTunes stores so you might want to read it first just to make sure that you're okay with it. Other than that, have fun!
