I think it's a personal taste matter. I mean, GUILTY for me sounds rushed and incomplete for others it's perfect as it is .
But if she will take some time for working on her next album, that's great. In my opinion, of course

I agree, because all of her music is rushed. But some of her music is less rushed.. I remember she mentioned she took more time with Sunrise/Sunset, and it's not even close to being a fan favorite lol.

she is recording the album, don't forget she have to do the pvs, and the covers. I think a february/march album is very possible
