I can't remember at what time they open the shops, I remember lining up and waiting for a couple of hours, but it wasn't that bad, once it is open people go crazy and many of the limited things sell out (I remember we got just in time before some of the glasses with the singles' covers sold out), but most things this time don't seem that limited, it should be okay, if you wanna make sure you get what you want I would personally get there a bit earlier

Yeah I plan on getting there early but just not right at noon haha One thing I am still getting used to is how early concerts are in Japan!!
