Discovered it back in 2009, I wouldn't say it's my favorite favorite song, but the meaning and lyrics of the song touch me more deeply than any other song has, and that's very important to me.

I've always been really insecure about myself and felt as if I didn't deserve anyone loving me because of, well, me. There was a point where I hated everything about myself, and then I discovered this song. It made me cry when I first listened to it, but most importantly it made me realize that even though I may not be the most smartest, prettiest, talented, or easy to get along with, I deserve someone to love and I deserve someone who loves me.

Fast forward to 2013: my insecurities haven't completely vanished, and I even have a boyfriend now who treats me like a Princess, but there's always a doubt in the back of my mind, "why is he with me?", "is this a big joke?", "what does he see in me?", and there's sometimes even those days where I hope bitter sweetly that he finds someone better, but then I have to remind myself of this song and its' lyrics and meaning and just the whole message in general, and it makes everything seem a bit better
