I don't know if Ayu has a house in Fukuoka or not, but I know at least that she has a huge house in the center of Tokyo, in the area of Roppongi

I had a Japanese friend who told me she lives near him in minato ku (but people who know where she lives there doesn't seem to stalk her or disturb her thanks god). And when I said to others that I heard she lives there they were like "no she lives in Roppongi Hills" =P

To answer to your question, Jean Bordeaux just say:
In answer to other questions in the same thread, her old apartment is located in Minato Ku for sure, as I found the building. Her Tokyo house is also likely to be there due to most people she works closely with are also located there. And yes Roppongi is in Minato Ku.
