Not really. Nobody probably saw it as a problem, before it aired - not the radio station, not Kuu, not her manager (who was actually present at that show and at whom that joke about amnotic fluids and getting kids was directed at; and btw. her manager is a woman). Kuu is a typical Kansai person, they're supposed to be more direct and a bit, well, harsh in humour. There are some male celebs, comedians for sure I know, who speak pretty similar. And to be honest, if a male celeb would have made such a comment, I do think the fuss probably wouldn't have been that big...
