Every article about alan's new album states that it has 12 tracks. Sites like QQ, Cloud Music or xiami as well.

The song maddy1111 posted was indeed intended in the first place to be in the new album according to some articles, but a Chinese fan declared later that it was just a song alan made "for fun".
