I have to agree here. He's an up-and-comer dating the biggest selling solo artist in Japanese history. Ayu is clearly in a position of power here, and I don't think this relationship is appropriate as long as he continues to work for her. I don't have any reservations about special treatment, but I do when it comes to the image fans and the media have of someone like Pei dating someone so high-profile. It smears their character, making them out to be a gold digger or a user.
He's waaay too young to be in this relationship. And Ayu should know better. And you guys should all know better too. It's no less risky or predatory when a woman dates a male subordinate than when a man dates a female subordinate. His entire career could be ruined by how Ayu handles things if they go sour. And I think it's clear, based on Ayu's two marriages, that she doesn't handle breakups and divorces very well at all.
Come on, Ayu, get out and meet someone with more financial and career independence. There are businessmen and investors and socialites and all sorts of other people with wealth and status all over that would be on more equal footing. Dating your employee is just ridiculous for someone in your position.
