HiHi Jets members appear in Kis-My-Ft2's MV for 'Sweet Melody'

Kis-My-Ft2 has revealed the MV for their new song "Sweet Melody."

This is the theme song to Inoue Mizuki (HiHi Jets) and Kumada Rinka's starring film 'Otona Najimi.' It expresses the frustration of "being close to someone and cherishing them, but being unable to communicate it through words."

Starring the members of Kis-My-Ft2 and HiHi Jets, you can see the 80's worldview represented through the video's set and costume. Towards the end, the two groups come together to give a roller skating performance.

J&A announced today Kitayama will be officially leaving both Kisumai & the agency end of Aug

Kisumai will release a new single Tomoni soon & Tomoni will be the last release that feat Kitayama

For me I feel a bit sad cos I supported Kisumai from their music debut until now so it's bittersweet for me

Kis-My-Ft2's Kitayama Hiromitsu reported to be leaving Johnny & Associates

Shukan Bunshun has learned of Kis-My-Ft2 member Kitayama Hiromitsu's intent to leave the agency.

Kis-My-Ft2 made their debut on August 10, 2011, and just 18 days later, they accomplished a concert at Tokyo Dome, making them the fastest artist in history to perform at Tokyo Dome after their debut. Kitayama, who is the eldest member of the group, has been leading them since.

Kitayama is said to be close with ex.SMAP member Nakai Masahiro often going golfing and to Izakaya (casual Japanese bar) together. He is also close with Takizawa Hideaki since he was cast in 'Takizawa Kabukiza' in 2015. As you already know, both Nakai and Takizawa are no longer a part of Johnny's.

A source at Johnny & Associates revealed, "Kitayama had many opportunities for discussions since last fall. It was around the time Takizawa made his decision to leave and started telling others and when Miyake started his negotiation with the agency."

Back in March, Shukan Bunshun asked Johnny & Associates if Kitayama was planning to leave, and they did not deny it. "In the end, Kitayama and the agency have come to an agreement that he would be leaving. Currently, they are coordinating the timing of his departure. Kitayama also established his private office last year," sources say.

I will not be surprised if this will turn out to be true

Maybe this is why up to now Kisumai has not released any new music this year

Also for Kisumai not to release an new album since 2020's To-y2 , that is beyond odd especially when they used to release an album every year without fail since their debut
